The Role:
We are looking for talented growth lead located in France or Germany to focus on user acquisition for Backpack. You will own each stage of the growth process, including hosting local event, locating and negotiating with marketing partners, design and execute on user incentive programs, communicating with local media, etc.
You will:
- Managing, evaluating, and triaging relationships with inbound leads
- Conducting strategic outbound activities, initiating touchpoints with important prospects
- Working with various internal teams and external partners to drive user growth in your region
You are:
- Excited about Backpack, web3, and crypto
- Have 4+ years of experience in business development roles in the web3 industry
- Have a passion for execution
- Excellent at communication and relationship building
- Native French or German speaker
- Preferably have a track record of driving user growth for B2C products
